We want you to get moving with us, take part in our four challenges and get ready for sport to restart this summer!

We want you to move with us. Complete one #MovewithMLB60 challenge per week. Show us proof of you participating in that challenge (image or video) on Instagram with hashtags #MovewithMLB60 and #sweepstakes and @mlbeurope for an entry in our prize drawing. The more entries, the more chances to win epic prizes!

How to get started?

Right, let’s get down to business. Here are the four challenges that you need to #MovewithMLB60 across the next four weeks. 

This is not about the fastest or strongest; but about getting involved and moving. You can modify the challenge to suit your own ability, and please take part safely following the latest government guidelines.

Challenge 1 - Home Run Mile

  • The baseball players are busy working on their pre-season fitness, so let’s join them! 
  • It’s time to move for one mile. Walk, Jog, Run – it’s up to you! For some extra fun, plan your 1 mile route in a diamond shape (think baseball field) on your favourite running app.

Challenge 2 - Upper Body & Core Strength

  • Swinging a bat and pitching a ball requires a strong core and upper body.
  • Coach Cory is here to take you through an upper body & core strength class. Click on the video and join in.

Challenge 3 - Pitching Skills

  • Baseball is a sport of precision so players need to perfect their skills.
  • First things first, we recommend downloading the MLB60 app for pitching challenge inspiration.  Click on challenges in the home screen.
  • Don’t worry, you don’t need to have your own baseball, any ball will do.  Even a ball of rolled up socks works!

Challenge 4 - Lower Body Strength

  • Baseball is an explosive sport, players need power in their legs.
  • Coach Cory is here to take you through a lower body strength class. Click on the video and join in.
